MEETING ROOMS Our rental rates include set up, clean up and normal janitorial services. The sizes and maximum capacity are listed below. We will set up the room to your specific requirements. Rental rates do not include security guards or any additional staffing. The number of such personnel required is to be approved by management. All food and beverage purchases must be made through the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center Catering Service. Lessee is responsible for any damages to premises. The Convention Center will provide a complimentary skirted table for registration, display or head table. Any additional skirted tables will be $10.00 each. Our house sound system with a podium and microphone is available at N/C, if needed. All rooms are equipped with high speed wireless internet. The Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center offers additional rental items such as staging for bands or speakers platforms. We also have TV/VCR, overhead projectors, projection screens and easels available. Please contact our Reservation Department for any additional rental items. |

Rental
Rates can be reduced when purchasing meals from any of our Breakfast,
Luncheon, Cocktail or Dinner Menus. To secure an available room, a deposit will be required. The deposit amount will be 25% of your total event. The deposit amount will be credited to your final invoice amount and is fully refundable if cancellation is made 60 days prior to the event. Final payment is due 1 week prior to your event. Any exceptions must be approved by management.
